INTROSPICERE MINISTRIES MISSION
STATEMENT:
THE MISSION OF
Introspicere Ministries ESTABLISHED IN 1997 IS TO MINISTER TO THE BODY OF
CHRIST AND TO ALL WHO WOULD CALL ON THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST AS THEIR LORD AND
SAVIOR; AND BY PROCLAIMING THE SAVING GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST THE LORD IN A
VARIETY OF METHODS TO ALL WHO NEED HIS LOVE.
~ MINISTERING TO MINISTERS. ~
Dear Friends -
Thank you for visiting my ministry site. I
hope you will find some encouragement in these pages.
When I was in the U.S. Navy members of the
unit I served with got into the habit of greeting each other casually during
the course of the day with a silly question, "What's your story?", in
other words "where have you been, what have you been doing?". What made that greeting unique though
is that although outwardly to unsuspecting bystanders the question may have
sounded like a rather flippant informal greeting, the question posed was always
done with the utmost genuine regard and concern for the other or not offered at
all. As you can imagine the
responses offered varied from the grave to the absurd, but none the less always
contained a heart-felt response and up to the moment update on that particular
crew members status.
As self-serving as it may seem, this web site
is really just one more opportunity for me to tell someone else - you - a
little bit of my ÒstoryÓ. It is by
no means exhaustive, but it is a way to share a snapshot of how God has allowed
me to serve Him in the past 10+ years through simple ministry. I must admit that I have not
accomplished as much as perhaps I may have wanted to, and thatÕs okay because I
did accomplish exactly what He must have had in mind for me. Praise God!
So, as I close this note I would like to ask
you just one simple question: "What's YOUR
story?"
I pray that you will take time to consider
and respond to that question by simply clicking
this link and shooting me an email.
I am honored that you have read this far, and would love the opportunity
to fellowship with you.
Lastly, as a veteran I would be remiss if I
did not ask you to please take time to remember in your prayers all the brave
men and women of our all volunteer Armed Forces and their loved ones. Our
sailors, soldiers, airmen and marines dare to go in harms way in order to continue
to secure and protect the liberties and freedoms we as a free nation enjoy.
Please also remember all those who support the cause of freedom worldwide. We
struggle side by side with these allies, that others might for the first time
ever perhaps experience the joy of living in freedom with peace.
May God richly bless and encourage you in
your ministry for Him.
My eyes are dry
My faith is old
My heart is hard
My prayers are
cold
And I know how I
ought to be
Alive to You and
dead to me
But what can be
done
For an old heart
like mine
Soften it up
With oil and wine
The oil is You,
Your Spirit of love
Please wash me
anew
With the wine of
Your Blood
"My Eyes Are Dry"
- Lyrics by Keith Green,
from his album "No Compromise" originally released in 1990.
